About me
I’m Enikő Bukovinszki, an artist exploring the borders between presence and absence and connection between colour and form. My work moves through layers of intuition, where personal experience and observation merge into visual narratives that are open-ended.
I’m drawn to moments that are often overlooked, like quiet moments, shifting light, fragments of memory, and I translate these into compositions that invite reflection rather than resolution. Through my practice, I seek to create spaces where viewers can slow down and find their own meanings.
Working instinctively, I allow the process to guide me as much as the concept itself. Each piece becomes a dialogue between colour, contrast and fluidity. What emerges is not a fixed statement, but an evolving exploration of change, still moments and the connection between them.
My work doesn’t aim to give answers — it asks questions and leaves room for feeling.
